From August 9th to 11th, a three-day mid-year marketing meeting was held in the company. The theme of this meeting was "New Leap, New Journey". The main topics involved five aspects. First, the marketing-related departments summarized and reported the sales situation in the first half of the year, and General Manager Xi made a summary speech on the agenda; second, General Manager Xi told all regional salesmen about the company's product system, product strategy and 2014 new product introduction; third, various departments communicated and improved the problems in product development and after-sales; fourth, salesmen in various regions summarized the work in the first half of the year and elaborated on the work plan for the second half of the year. On the third day, General Manager Du and Director Chen respectively conducted systematic product knowledge and sales skills training for salesmen.
The three-day meeting was always carried out in a compact, pragmatic, united and efficient atmosphere. In his summary speech, General Manager Xi affirmed everyone's work in the first half of the year. He said that the company's development showed a good momentum, but there was still a distance from the company's annual goal. He hoped that everyone would continue to work hard in the second half of the year to ensure the achievement of the company's annual sales target. At the same time, General Manager Xi provided programmatic guidance on the market strategy for the second half of the year.
