How to reduce pipeline leakage is a concern of urban water supply companies around the world! The pipeline leakage rate of urban water supply companies in my country (commonly known as "production and sales gap" in the industry) is not only high, but also has a rising trend. How to reduce the production and sales gap? Top-level design, new technologies and new methods are urgently needed!
In 2015, the Haining Municipal Administrative Center built the first public institution water resources dynamic balance monitoring system, which launched a beautiful battle for the construction of "Five Water Governance" in Haining City! It not only greatly improved the management level of water resources use and reduced the production and sales gap, but also truly achieved technical water saving and efficient water control! The project was jointly undertaken by Haining Water Group and Hangzhou Jingda Company. Through pipeline network transformation and technical means, real-time remote meter reading management of water use, real-time monitoring of water balance of multi-level water meters, and real-time warning of abnormal leakage were realized, which greatly improved the management level of water resources use!
